Our company has been using Cordate Business Solutions service & support for at least the past 10 years.
Originally, we needed support with our laptops & PCs at our Head Office and the Cordate team of specialists were always very reliable, prompt & well-equipped to fix any technological challenges that we would call in.
Later, we also needed the expertise of the Cordate team to work with the company’s new computer system called ‘Sonic’ that is installed in each of our store locations. They proved VERY valuable in their ability to get the system up & running during times of need. Yes, there is a Technical Support department offered at our Jenny Craig USA Head Office. Fil, Sean & team work very well in tandem with this department to effectively solve our issues even more quickly as they arrive on site as needed. Cordate’s continued support in the maintenance of this Sonic system has been a tremendous relief to us and our business as it directly relates to our customer service & client retention.
Most recently, the Alberta Franchise changed ownership and with that change it was requested that Cordate Business Solutions as one of the company’s vendors! This is how critical this computer tech support team, specifically Cordate, is to our business.
Currently we use Cordate for all of our computer maintenance – Head Office PCs, laptops and the Centres’ Sonic computer system. We are also in the process of utilizing Cordate to install, and eventually maintain, a new digital phone system. Normally, a change of this technical magnitude would be a very anxiety-ridden experience. However, knowing that we in the competent hands of the Cordate team, I have no reservations and I am excited to begin another new technical adventure with Fil & Sean leading the way!
